Qualified Transportation Plans-

Under this type of plan employers are permitted to give the following transportation fring benefits to employees on a tax- free basis: (*There are  maximum monthly limits on each type of expense)

• Qualified parking;
• Transit passes; and
• Transportation in a commuter highway vehicle, if such transportation is in connection with travel between the    employees residence and place of employment.
